Standard Size Orders
For smaller items you have the choice of selecting either Australia Post, Sendle, Aramex or weight and size.
Please note with large items and free shipping to remote areas there may be a surcharge.
Large or Uncalculated Orders
If the cost is not added to the total cart price it means there are multiple items or the item is oversize and a freight cost needs to be calculated. Expect an email or phone call with the delivery cost.
The maximum dimensions for Australia Post parcels are 105cm long and 140cm in girth. Larger items will be sent by courier. Please email us before your purchase if you are particularly concerned about delivery costs and need to know exact figures. We do offer free shipping on a lot of items, please note there may be a surcharge for remote/country areas of Australia.
We endeavour to obtain the cheapest quote possible for you and use numerous courier companies and Australia Post. Larger items must be sent via a courier company.

Once payment is received we will endeavour to dispatch your order within 2 working days.

If you buy online and wish to pickup from our shop in Brisbane you can do this by organising a pickup time.
RETURNS POLICY
Warranty Returns
We offer a 12 month warranty on our commercial lights and 6 months on the normal range if the problem is due to a manufacturer fault. Christmas trees have a 10 year warranty.
You need to retain your receipt/invoice as well as the original carton the item came in. We check all items prior to sending to ensure they are working.
Please note you need to contact us immediately if there is an issue and not keep and use the item for the season before contacting us.
The item will be replaced or if we are sold out we will refund the item or offer store credit.
Return Costs
Return costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and the item must be in the original carton.
Item Care
Controllers and transformers are not waterproof. It is important to protect any controller and the transformer from water by using a dry box or similar and they must be covered.
Return Item Condition
Returns are checked and if found to have moisture inside or if the item is damaged due to rain or other weather condition the warranty is void.
