Returns Policy


We only charge the actual cost of sending the item/s.  If the cost is not added to the total cart price it means there are multiple items or the item is oversize and a freight cost needs to be calculated.  Expect an email or phone call with the delivery cost.  We endeavour to obtain the cheapest quote possible for you and use numerous courier companies and Australia Post.  Larger items must be sent via a courier company. Once payment is received we will endeavour to send your order within 48 hours.


We offer a 12 month warranty on our lights due to a manufacturer fault.  The item will be replaced or if we are sold out we will refund the item or offer store credit.  Any returns cost is the responsibility of the purchaser and the item must be in the original carton.   We check all items prior to sending to ensure they are working.  If the item is damaged due to rain or other weather condition the warranty is void.  It is important to protect any controller and the transformer from water and they should be covered.
